There are four different ways to make this pattern and I have included instructions for each one. The instructions are listed below from least challenging to most challenging

Unlined serge
Unlined french seam
Lined serge
Lined french seam

All of the above listed can be made with or without the waist trim depending on your preference.

1 3/4 yd of facing fabric
1 yd of lining fabric
